2013
Gareon Conley began his football career at Massillon Washington High School, gaining recognition as a 4-star All Ohio defensive back and wide receiver. Known for his play under the guidance of the legendary Paul Brown, he was recruited as an athlete due to his impressive skills on both sides of the ball.
2013 - 2017
Conley chose to continue his career at The Ohio State University, where he excelled as a cornerback. During his time with the Buckeyes, he played a pivotal role in the 2015 National Championship team and was honored as team captain for the 2016 season. His standout performance earned him the nickname "Conley Island," reflecting his ability to shut down the opponent’s top receivers.
2017
After a stellar college career, Conley was drafted in the First Round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders. He embraced the challenge of playing in the NFL and took pride in joining the ranks of legendary cornerbacks with the Raiders.
2019
In 2019, Conley was traded to the Houston Texans. There, he thrived in a defensive scheme that allowed him to showcase his skills as a lockdown cornerback, achieving some of the best performances of his career.
2021 - Present
Since starting his training career in 2021, Conley has been dedicated to putting youth first, guiding numerous young athletes to peak performance both mentally and physically. Leveraging his high-level playing experience, Conley offers a range of services, including personalized private sessions and skill-focused camps, all designed to help athletes reach their full potential.
