Athlete Sessions

Before starting any program or anything in life you should create a goal or a list of
goals and identify why you have a desire to complete those goals. It is your preference
to have them in your head or write them down. I advise writing them down because
you will remember them better and can always go back and analyze them. Training
programs are modified to fit you personally and are structured differently based upon
in season and off season to ensure health is the priority.
