Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be used within 4 to 6 weeks of the paid session date, depending on which package is purchased. Sessions are subject to availability and national holidays. Expired sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time of a session. Anytime after 24 hours, you will be charged a session and per policy, there is no refund or rescheduling opportunity for that session.
